Hayden Panettiere Supports Arquette's Rehab Stint

Hayden Panettiere has defended David Arquette for going into rehab last month.

The Scream actor entered the facility for four weeks of treatment due to "alcohol and other issues" in January.But his Scream 4 co-star Panettiere insists he's doing well following his discharge.

"He's doing great. He's doing really awesome," the Heroes beauty told E! Online. "We're (the Scream cast) all buddies.

"It's a big group of us and we're very supportive of each other and he's doing awesome."
